Birchflower trotted into her leaders' spacious den. "Hello?" She called, her voice somewhat growing in confidence as she advanced into the den. The she-cat had been filling in for the former Medicine Cat, and it had been tough, caring for the Clan and all.

"Hello Birchflower may I ask what you are doing?" Auverstar asked curious about why she is in his den.

"Oh, I was just pondering on a particular thought." She meowed cheerfully, her tail swaying back in forth self-consciously. The Oriental Shorthair arched her back in a luxurious stretch. Birchflower was growing tired from caring for everyone while the other Medicine cat was off doing errands.
(OOC; YES! I'm done with her plot. :3 It's going to be awesome.)

"Since our Medicine Cat is retiring, and I've been taught from her..." Birchflower paused, giving her paw a couple of licks. "Do you think I should be the new Medicine Cat for ShadowClan?" She felt as if that was the longest moment of her entire life. Her future depended on the answer that Auverstar would say.

"Hmm..." Auverstar meowed, "Let me think about it" She would give her the spot in the clan but she still needed to think about it.

(OOC; xD Auverstar is female.)
"Okay. No pressure or anything, it's just that Sandblossom is retiring, and I'm practically her apprentice." The ebony-colored cat sighed, and kept licking her paw. Birchflower noticed that there was a sliver in it. She grabbed it expertly with her teeth and pulled it out.

"Sure! Sandblossom will need to make her your apprentice though." Auverstar meowed making sure it was right.

"She already has." Birchflower pointed out. "And now she is retiring." She didn't want to make things any more confusing then they already were.
Sandblossom padded into the den, she suspected that Birchflower was here, talking with Auverstar. "Guten Tag." She greeted, dipping her head to each cat in turn. The lilac Siamese point arched her back in a stretch and yawned. Sandblossom was 69 moons old, and she wanted to retire.
(Don't worry, even though Sandblossom has no bio, it's still okay to RP her here, FOR NOW. :3)

(OOC; SHES OLD!! This was mentioned in one of the books once one medicine cat retires the apprentice takes their place.) "Oh then why are you asking me? Once she retires you will already be a full Medicine Cat." Auverstar replied thinking Birchflower already knew this.

(OOC; I know, right?! And yep, I know. Birchflower is just the type of cat to double check with her leader.) "I know..I just wanted to make sure you approved." The she-cat purred, her tail swaying from side to side when her mentor came in. Sandblossom came to sit over beside Birchflower. "I think she'll make a vonderful Medicine Cat. Do you think she vill?" Her questioning gaze rested on the ShadowClan leader.

Sandblossom paused for a moment. "I vould love to retire now." She meowed. Hopefully she wouldn't regret this decision. It was just becoming too tiring for the old cat.
Birchflower nodded, but said nothing.
